Cut tofu into cubes, finely chop chives, ginger, garlic, and dried chilies for later use. Put the oil in the pot to heat up, saute the chopped shallots, chopped ginger, chopped garlic, chopped dried chili and bean paste, and then add the pork filling and fry until cooked. Add appropriate amount of water, add tofu, soy sauce, sugar and cook for 3 minutes after boiling. Then thicken the starch with water and put it into the dish. Heat the sesame oil, saute the pepper, and pour the pepper oil on the tofu.
